CMDCM(SW/EXW/AW) Judith P. Nelson-Williams
Master Chief Nelson-Williams, a native of Jamaica, West Indies, enlisted in the Navy in November 1998.
Her early assignments include COMFLELOGSUPRON (VR-56), NAS JRB Willow Grove; Navy Cargo Handling Battalion One (NCHB-1); FIRST Naval Construction Division (1NCD); and USS ASHLAND (LSD 48). She successfully completed a FDNF Hull Swap between USS ASHLAND (LSD 48) and USS TORTUGA (LSD 46). In 2015, she reported to Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education (N1)) in Arlington Virginia, where she served as Deputy, Head of Uniform Matters Office.
Master Chief Nelson-Williams is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 197) and Command Master Chief/Chief of the Boat Capstone Course (Class 191).
Personal awards include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (four awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (five awards), Good Conduct Service Medal (six awards), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (two awards), and various unit and campaign awards.
