Mission Statement: 

To serve as the Executive Agent for Commander Naval Surface Forces Atlantic (CNSL) for Force Generation with a focus of Manning, Training and Equipping (MTE) non-nuclear surface ships to provide the operational and component commanders with combat ready surface forces capable of conducting prompt and sustained naval, joint and combined operations in support of U.S. national interests.
