NORFOLK, Va. - Adm. J. C. Harvey Jr., right, commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command, salutes as Master Chief Steven Timmons, left, and Seaman Dingji Zhuang, both assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Cole, present a wreath at the USS Cole memorial at Naval Station Norfolk during the 10th anniversary remembrance ceremony of the terrorist attack on Cole. The wreath is composed of 17 white roses, representing the 17 sailors killed during the attack in Yemen.
