Since August 17th, 2022, BULKELEY has served as the Navy's premier Forward Deployed Naval Forces-Europe (FDNF-E) surface warfare asset, homeported at Naval Station Rota, Spain. From operational tasking to collaboration with NATO allied forces, BULKELEY remains always at the ready-eager and capable of supporting critical national interests worldwide.
