Cmdr. Taylor Auclair

Commander Taylor Auclair is a native of North Smithfield, RI. A 2007 graduate from La Salle University, he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English and also holds a Master’s Degree in Homeland Security from Pennsylvania State University.
A career Surface Warfare Officer, Commander Auclair’s shipboard assignments include: USS FORD (FFG 54) as Electrical Officer, USS BULKELEY (DDG 84) as Operations Officer, and USS MONTEREY (CG 60) as Operations Officer. He also served as a Naval Gunfire Liaison Officer with II MEF and most recently ashore as Deputy Fleet Schedules at United States Fleet Forces (USFF).
Commander Auclair assumed his duties as Executive Officer of USS PHILIPPINE SEA (CG 58) in June 2023.
He has earned several personal decorations and various unit, campaign, and service awards.
