 Commander Cameron Ingram is the son of a career Naval Surface Warfare Officer, and a 2004 graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY.  
 
At Sea, he has served as a division officer aboard USS MITSCHER (DDG 57) and USS HOPPER (DDG 70) and his department head tours as the Operation’s Officer aboard USS BULKELEY (DDG 84) and USS MONTEREY (CG 61).  Most recently, he served as the Commanding Officer of USS ZEPHYR (PC 8) out of Mayport, FL.  He has deployed globally and has operational experience in all Fleet areas of responsibility.
 
Ashore, he has worked on the staffs at U.S. Pacific Fleet Command and the Director of Surface Warfare, Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV N96).  Educationally, He has earned Master’s degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School (MBA), and the Eisenhower School at the National Defense University (National Resource Strategy-Missile Defense).
 
His decorations include various personal and unit-level awards including the Meritorious Service Medal and the Battle Efficiency Award (with wreath).
