Senior Enlisted Leader, USS Anzio (CG 68)

Master Chief Dallas Roberts, a native of Wisconsin, enlisted in the Navy in October 1993. Upon graduating boot camp at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, he attended Operations Specialist Apprenticeship School in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He is a graduate of the Navy's Senior Enlisted Academy Class 212/Blue Group and holds a Bachelor of Science in American/Latin American History from Troy University and a Masters of Public Administration from Old Dominion University.
His sea duty assignments include: Pre-Commissioning Unit Port Royal and USS Port Royal (CG 72); Pre-Commissioning Unit Roosevelt and USS Roosevelt (DDG 80); Operations-Intelligence Division’s Leading Chief Petty Officer aboard USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71); Air Intercept Control Supervisor aboard USS Laboon (DDG 58); and most recently the Command Senior Enlisted Leader onboard USS Anzio (CG 68).
Ashore, OSCM Robert’s assignments include: Lead Instructor for the Air Intercept Controller and Air Intercept Control Supervisor courses at the Center for Surface Combat Systems, where he was selected for advancement to Chief Petty Officer; Integrated Air Missile Defense Leading Chief Petty Officer for Commander Carrier Strike Group 4, where he trained and mentored deploying Carrier Strike Groups and Amphibious Ready Groups in air defense; and Command Evaluator and Compliance Manager at Naval Consolidated Brig Chesapeake.
