Command Master Chief Kingston is a native of Geneva, Ohio. He enlisted in the Navy in June 1997. Assignments include USS RAMAGE (DDG 61), USS NASSAU (LHA 4), Naval Special Warfare Development Group (NAVSPECWARDEVGRU), United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), USS NIMITZ (CVN 68) and USS Constitution America’s Ship of State. 

He assumed the role and responsibilities as Command Master Chief aboard USS LABOON (DDG 58), home ported in Norfolk, Virginia in October of 2019. 

His decorations include a myriad of personal and unit specific service awards.
