Milly Rivera-Fisher

Master Chief Petty Officer

29 September 2020 Master Chief Rivera-Fisher is a native of Massachusetts and grew up in Puerto Rico.  She joined the Navy from the island in October 1994, reported to Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois, and attended Data Processing (DP) ‘A’ School in San Diego, California.

Master Chief Rivera-Fisher’s assignments include Surface Warfare Development Group, Virginia Beach, Va.; NCTAMS EURCENT, Naples, Italy; USS Preble (DDG 88), San Diego, Calif.; USS Hopper (DDG 70), Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Navy Marine Corps Intranet, Norfolk, Va; USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), Norfolk, Va.; SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic, Norfolk, Va.
 
Master Chief Rivera-Fisher was selected into the Command Master Chief program in 2015.  In 2016, she reported onboard USS The Sullivans (DDG 68) where she completed two deployments to the Fifth and Sixth Fleet area of operations.
   
She graduated from the University of Maryland with her Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Systems Management; is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 156 Gold) and the Command Master Chief Course (Class 152).
 
Master Chief Rivera-Fisher’s personal awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (four awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (seven awards), Army Achievement Medal, and numerous unit and campaign awards.
