Cmdr. Christopher M. Stolle

A 2006 graduate of the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps program from the Virginia Military Institute, Commander Stolle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies. He is originally from Virginia Beach, Va.
A career surface warfare officer, Commander Stolle’s shipboard assignments include: USS BULKELEY (DDG 84) as Electrical Officer, USS FITZGERALD (DDG 62) as Navigator, and USS TRUXTUN (DDG 103) as Weapons and Combat Systems Officer, USS VICKSBURG (CG 69) as Executive Officer then as Commanding Officer.
Ashore, he served as a Junior Officer Detailer for Navy Personnel Command. He received a master’s degree in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School. He also served as assistant current operations officer for Carrier Strike Group Four. Most recently, he completed his Integrated Air and Missile Defense Warfare Tactics Instructor production tour as the WTI Schoolhouse Curriculum Manager Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center Detachment Dahlgren, Virginia.
His personal decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, and various unit, campaign, and service awards. Commander Stolle was selected for the 2017 Navy and Marine Association Leadership Award.
