ADEN, Yemen - Archive photo from Oct. 18, 2000, re-released. U.S. Navy and Marine Corps security personnel patrol pass the damaged U.S. Navy destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67) following the Oct. 12, 2000 terrorist bombing attack on the ship in Aden, Yemen. Security personnel established checkpoints and searched incoming vehicles for contraband and explosives while the ship was prepared for its journey back to the United States.
