TACRON 22 Insignia
The TACRON 22 insignia symbolizes the mission of VTC-22.  It displays an eagle grasping an atom on a background of blue pierced by electricity to symbolize the squadron mission: controlling aircraft through radio communications and electronic surveillance.  The triangle represents the three forces involved in every Amphibious Operation - land, sea and air.
