Cmdr. Anne Rahall

Commander Anne Rahall is from Cleveland, Ohio. She graduated in 2009 from the United States Naval Academy. She earned her Masters of Professional Studies in Leadership, Education, and Development from the University of Maryland in 2014.
Afloat, CDR Rahall completed division officer assignments in Norfolk, Virginia, as combat information center officer aboard USS WASP (LHD 1) and as navigator aboard USS JASON DUNHAM (DDG 109). As a department head, she served as the operations officer aboard USS FORREST SHERMAN (DDG 98) in Norfolk, Virginia. Her most recent at sea assignment was as Executive Officer and Commanding Officer of USS GLADIATOR (MCM 11) in Manama, Bahrain.
While ashore, CDR Rahall served as the 24
th Company Officer and navigation instructor at the United States Naval Academy. Most recently, assigned to Naval Surface Force Atlantic, she served as speechwriter to RADM Joseph Cahill and Deputy Director of the Commander’s Action Group.
CDR Rahall’s personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy Commendation Medal, Navy Achievement Medal, and various campaign and unit awards.
