USS Cole Namesake Was Driven By Uncommon Valor

Monday, Oct. 12, 2020, marks the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attack against the U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67) while she was refueling in Aden Harbor, Yemen. The explosion from a small boat claimed the lives of 17 Cole Sailors and injured another 37.
