 Senior Chief Lee, a native of Trinidad West Indies, however grew up in the Bronx, NY since the age of 11. He enlisted in the United States Navy in February 2000. Following completion of basic training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois, he attended Fireman ATD School before reporting to his first ultimate duty station.
In June 2000, he reported to the USS DETROIT (AOE 4) in Earle, NJ where he served in the Engineering Department. He earned his Enlisted Surface Warfare Specialist and Air Warfare Specialist qualification, completed two 6th and 5th Fleet deployments, and promoted to Petty Officer Second Class.
In August 2004, he reported to Navy Recruiting District New York, New York, NY where he served as a canvas recruiter. During his tour he became Recruiter of the Year. He was promoted to Petty Officer First Class.
In August 2007, he reported to the Assault Craft Unit 2, in Norfolk, VA where he served as Dept. LPO, Lead EM, and 3MA. He completed two 6th and 5th Fleet deployments.
In October 2012 he reported to South East Regional Maintenance Center, in Mayport, FL He served as the Leading Chief Petty Officer, Team Lead and 3MA. He was promoted to Chief Petty Officer in September 2014.
In May 2015 he reported to USS HUE CITY (CG 66), in Mayport Fl. He served as E-Div LCPO, TagOut Program manager. He completed 6th and 5th Fleet deployment.
In September 2019 he reported to Littoral Combat Ship Squadron 2, Mayport, FL. He severed as N-7 MOB-E Warfare lead. He is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy Blended Class 255.
Completing his tour at Littoral Combat Ship Squadron 2, he assumed the role as the Senior Enlisted Leader and 3MC for Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System Romania.
Senior Lee’s personal decorations include the Navy Commendation Medal (3rd award) and the Navy Achievement Medal (6th award).
Senior Chief Lee resides in Jacksonville, FL, along with his three children: Kwasean 31, Rayven 23, and Ethan 15.
